Below are the registration forms for the 2009-2010 School year.

7. Tuition Discount Application Form For Families (For families with children enrolled at Zion with older siblings attending another Christian School.

Admission Requirements:
Pre-Kindergarten students must be 4 years old by December 31 st of the upcoming school year. A child applying for entrance into Kindergarten must be 5 years old by December 31 st. A child applying for entrance into Grade 1 must be 6 years old by December 31 st. Parents should bring in the child's birth certificate at the time of registration.

Enrolment Procedure for New Students to Zion:

Step 1 : Interview: Parents are asked to set up an interview with the principal to learn more about your child and help you to better understand ZLS, its mission, educational programming and school policies.

Step 2 : Student Assessment: School staff will assess your child to better understand his or her strengths and learning needs.  

Step 3 : Registration: Upon acceptance, parents are to complete all registration forms and determine financial commitment to the school for tuition fees.
